Delete your account

How to delete your GamesYap account and what happens to your data.

What gets deleted

  • Your account, profile, birth year and sign-in methods
  • Your points balance, held points and points history
  • Play sessions, achievements, ratings and leaderboard entries
  • The connection between GamesYap and your RevType account
  • Favorites, recently played games and cloud saves
  • Signed-in devices, app sign-ins and notifications

What stays

  • Your RevType account is separate. RevType points already transferred stay there and are managed on RevType.
  • Records we must keep by law, kept only as long as required and never used for anything else.

Deletion starts right away and finishes within 30 days. Points that are not yet transferred are lost and can’t be restored.

How to delete

  1. On the website: sign in, then confirm on this page (or go to Settings → Delete account).
  2. In our apps: open Settings → Delete account. It brings you to this page.
  3. Created your account with RevType in an app? Open that app and use Settings → Delete account.

Can’t sign in? Email support@gamesyap.com from your account’s email address and we’ll delete it for you.
