General information
GamesYap offers free HTML5 games for entertainment. We work hard to keep the site accurate and running smoothly, but the games and content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without any promise that they will always be complete, error-free or uninterrupted.
Games from other developers
Some games are made by independent developers, who are responsible for their games’ content and credits. We review every game before it is published, but we can’t guarantee that every game works on every device or browser.
Points are game points
Points on GamesYap are game points for tracking progress and having fun. They can’t be bought, sold or traded, and the only way to move them is the transfer to RevType described in our Points Rules. We may correct points that were given by mistake or collected by cheating.
Ads and external links
The site shows ads from third parties and links to other websites and app stores. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. An ad on GamesYap is not an endorsement.
Trademarks
Names, logos and characters of games and brands belong to their owners. Their appearance on GamesYap doesn’t mean that the owners endorse us, or that we endorse them.
Health and play time
Take regular breaks, especially during long sessions. A very small number of people can have seizures when exposed to flashing lights or patterns. If you or your child has epilepsy or has had a seizure, talk to a doctor before playing video games.
Limitation of liability
As far as the law allows, GamesYap is not liable for any loss or damage that results from using the website, the apps or the games. Nothing in this disclaimer limits any rights you have under the laws of your country.
