Terms of Use

Welcome to GamesYap

GamesYap is a free platform for playing HTML5 games on the web and in our apps. By using GamesYap you agree to these terms.

You must be 13 or older to create an account. Younger players can play without an account.
Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
One person, one account. We may close accounts that cheat, abuse the service or break these terms.

Points are game points. They come only from playing games, following the Points Rules.
Points can’t be bought, sold or traded, and they never come from ads.
We may hold new points for a short time and remove points earned by cheating or errors.
If you connect a RevType account and meet the age rule, you can transfer points to RevType at the published rate. RevType is a separate service with its own terms.

Don’t use bots, scripts, modified clients or multiple accounts to collect points. Don’t attack or overload the service.

Games are provided as they are. We may add, change or remove games at any time. All game art and characters belong to their owners.

GamesYap shows ads to stay free. Ads never give points.

We may update these terms. We’ll show the date of the latest change on this page.

You can delete your account at any time on the Delete account page.
