Police Chase Game Tips: Lose the Cops, Wreck Them and Never Get Boxed In
Police chase game tips for arcade getaway games: steer early, use walls to wreck police cars, save nitro, avoid getting boxed in and clear every district.

In an arcade getaway game the police never stop coming, so the winners are not the fastest drivers but the smartest ones. They read the streets, pull the police into walls and never let two cars trap them. These police chase game tips cover the habits that keep you free for longer, and we will put each one to work in Siren Sprint, our free 3D police chase in an endless city.
How the chase works
In Siren Sprint your car drives itself. You only steer, left or right, and press NITRO for a burst of speed. That sounds simple, but it changes how you should think: you can never brake, so every turn has to start early.
The police are not dumb either. Each police car aims for where you are going, not where you are, feels for walls ahead and backs out when it gets stuck. As time passes, the wanted level climbs, up to five stars. More stars bring more police cars, and they get faster.
You lose a chase in one of two ways:
- Wrecked: your car's health runs out after too many crashes.
- Busted: two police cars box you in while you are nearly stopped.
Steer early, not hard
Steering needs speed. A car that is moving slowly barely turns, and a car at full speed turns wide. The fix is the same in both cases: start the turn before the corner, not at it.
- Look at the next crossing, not at your bumper. The camera sits high above the city, so you can see the streets ahead.
- Line up with the road before you reach the crossing. A clean entry beats a late, hard turn into the curb.
- Use parks and plazas. Parks are open grass, so you can cut across them. Only the trees, fountains and kiosks are solid.
Wall hits at speed cost health. A long scrape slows you down too, which is exactly what the police want.
Make the police crash
You cannot fight back, but you can make the police beat themselves. A police car that hits a wall fast is soon a wreck, and two police cars that collide both take damage. Each wreck is worth 100 points and drops three coins.

Lead them into walls
- Turn late around a building when a police car is right behind you. You make the corner; it often does not.
- Head for tight blocks. Narrow gaps between buildings punish a chaser that is going too fast.
- Weave across a crossing when two police cars come from different sides. With luck, they meet each other.
Watch the edge arrows
Red and blue arrows at the edge of the screen show police cars that are close but out of view. A green arrow points to the safe garage when a chase asks you to reach it. Glance at the arrows before each turn, so you never steer straight into a car you could not see.
Never get boxed in
Getting busted is the quickest way to lose. It happens when two police cars pin you while you are nearly stopped, and a red flash on the screen warns you that it is starting.
- Keep moving. Busted only counts while you are slow, so a car that keeps rolling is hard to catch.
- Don't drive into dead ends between buildings. Backing out takes time you do not have.
- Fire nitro to break free when the screen starts to flash red.
Use nitro like a pro
NITRO makes your car much faster while you hold it, but the tank drains quickly and refills slowly. Blue nitro pickups on the road refill a big part of it.
- Save it for escapes, not straight roads you could drive anyway.
- Steer before you boost. Your car turns a little less while nitro burns.
- Grab pickups on the way. Coins, nitro, wrenches that repair your car, and pink stars worth 250 points are spread across the streets.

Know your district
Siren Sprint has five districts with five chases each, and every district drives a little differently:
- Downtown: tall buildings on most blocks. Great for leading police into walls.
- Seaside: lower buildings, palm trees and lots of open parks.
- Desert Flats: less grip, so your car slides more in the turns.
- Snow Ridge: icy roads. Start every turn even earlier.
- Neon Night: a dark city with lit windows, neon roofs and street lamps. Police lights are easy to spot, but walls are not.
Chase goals change from one level to the next: survive for a set time, collect coins, reach the safe garage, wreck a number of police cars, or survive longer with more police on your tail. Your stars depend on how much health your car has left at the end, so a clean escape is worth more than a messy one.
Pick the right car
Coins unlock eight cars with their own speed, grip and armour. A fast car escapes more easily but can be harder to keep off the walls. A car with strong armour takes less damage from every crash, which helps a lot in busy chases. Clear all 25 district chases and you unlock the Comet GT, which you cannot buy.
Applying these police chase game tips in Siren Sprint
Start with the district chases to learn the streets, then try the endless chase for a high score. In the endless mode you score 10 points a second, 10 per coin and 100 per wreck, plus the stars you pick up. The daily chase puts everyone in the same city on the same day, and your first run pays a coin bonus.

FAQ
How do you escape the police in a chase game?
Keep moving and steer early. Most chase games catch you when you slow down or get stuck, so plan each turn before the crossing and avoid dead ends. In Siren Sprint you are only busted when two police cars box you in while you are nearly stopped, so a car that keeps rolling is very hard to catch.
How do you make police cars crash in Siren Sprint?
Lead them into walls and into each other. A police car that hits a wall at speed takes heavy damage, and two police cars that collide both get hurt. Turn late around buildings when a car is right behind you, and cross busy crossings when police come from two sides. Each wreck gives 100 points and three coins.
What does the wanted level do?
The wanted level rises as the chase goes on and as you wreck police cars, up to five stars. Each step brings more police cars onto the streets, and the new ones are faster. That is why long chases get harder, and why picking up wrenches to repair your car matters more the longer you survive.
Can I play Siren Sprint on my phone?
Yes. Siren Sprint is free in your web browser on phones, tablets and computers, with nothing to install. On a touchscreen you steer with the two arrow buttons or by holding either half of the screen, and press NITRO under your right thumb. On a keyboard you use the arrow keys and Space or Up for nitro.
Which car is best in Siren Sprint?
It depends on how you drive. Fast cars escape more easily, cars with more grip turn tighter, and cars with strong armour take less damage from crashes. Beginners often do well with a sturdy car while they learn the streets. Clearing all 25 district chases unlocks the Comet GT, a special car that is not for sale.
