Health Complex is a free 3D idle hospital game that you can play online in your browser with no download. Rumana, the new manager, arrives at a run-down health complex with one leaking room and a long line outside, and with Shefali Apa, the senior nurse, she sets out to make it a place the whole district is proud of.
Behind every room is its store. You can watch the next delivery stack up on the pallet, then the storekeeper sets it out on the room's trolley in the yard. Rumana carries the supplies to the room, Dr. Arif, Kamal or Lipi sees the patients in line, and the coins go to the complex's fund. Level up the rooms, hire attendants, fog the mosquitoes and drive the staff microbus to the emergency wing, the mother and child wing and finally the Health Fair.

Yes. The game runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, upright or sideways. On a touch screen you drag anywhere to walk, and a card with large buttons appears wherever you stand. On a computer you walk with the arrow keys or WASD and press E to buy a level.
The first mosquito alert comes after about seven minutes of play, then again every few minutes, at your wings in turn. Swarms gather over standing water in the yard, and the stores at that wing stay shut until every swarm is fogged. Walk at each one, or hire Jamal, who drives over and fogs them for you.
Save up coins and stand on the dashed zone at the end of the courtyard. The emergency wing costs 25,000 coins and brings the Emergency Room, the X-ray Room and the Indoor Ward. The mother and child wing costs 2.5 million. The Health Fair at the very end doubles every visit in every wing.
