Idle Hospital Game Tips: Stocked Rooms, Short Lines, No Mosquitoes
Idle hospital game tips for Health Complex: carry supplies to the rooms, hire attendants, fog the mosquitoes and follow the health days.

A health complex is a place of quiet heroes: the doctor who knows every family in the village, the nurse who remembers your name, the pharmacist who explains each tablet twice. These idle hospital game tips are built around Health Complex, our free 3D hospital game, where you walk the complex yourself and keep every room supplied with your own two hands. The patients are cheerful cartoons, and nobody is ever shown ill or hurt.
You play Rumana, the new manager. The complex she inherits has one leaking room and a long line outside. Shefali Apa, the senior nurse who has kept the place going for thirty years, is there to guide her, Babul keeps the patient board by the admin office, and later Jamal, the cleaner, helps with the mosquitoes.
Learn the loop first
Every room in Health Complex has two halves. At the back is its store. There you can watch the next delivery stack up on a pallet, box by box. When it is complete, the storekeeper sets it out on the room's steel trolley in the yard: check-up kits for the GP Room, medicine boxes for the Pharmacy, test kits for the Lab.
Stand at the trolley and the supplies jump into your hands. Walk round to the back door of the room and they go onto the racks. Dr. Arif, Kamal or Lipi then sees the patients waiting in front, one at a time, and every coin goes to the complex's fund.
That is the whole game in one sentence: supplies from the store to the room, before the line runs out of patience.

Keep every room stocked
The most common way to lose coins is an empty room. When its racks run out, the patients at the front wait, a little bubble with the room's picture appears over their heads, and their faces slowly turn from green to red. If they wait too long, they walk out without being seen.
So keep an eye on all three rooms, not just the one you are standing at. Fill your hands at whichever trolley is fullest and drop the supplies where the line is longest. The yellow guide arrow helps: it points at the room that needs you most.
A full trolley is a warning too. When a trolley is full, the next delivery has to wait in the store, and a FULL sign blinks over it. Your hands hold six items at the start and two more with every room you open, so later trips carry much bigger stacks.
Read the stores
The stores are more than scenery: they are the clock. A short stack on the pallet means the next delivery is far away; a tall one means it is nearly ready. The patient board by the admin office shows every store's next delivery in seconds.
Use this to plan your walk. If the GP store's pallet is piled high and the Lab's is nearly empty, wait near the GP Room's trolley first, and fill the Lab later.
Grow the rooms
Stand in a room to see its card. It shows the level, the kinds of help it gives, the next delivery and what the next new look brings. You can buy one level, ten levels or as many as your coins allow, or press E on a keyboard.
New looks come at levels 10, 25 and 50. The plain plaster room with its striped tin awning becomes a painted room, then a white tiled one, then a glossy white room with a blue band. The store behind grows with it: a second rack, then a hand cart, then a tiled floor. Each new look brings a bigger delivery and one more kind, so the GP Room adds blood pressure checks, fever checks and sugar tests, and the Pharmacy adds syrups, ointments and ORS packets. Newer kinds count for more.
Levels 10, 25, 50, 75 and 100 also double the room's pay, so a room just below a milestone is often the best thing to buy.
Hire attendants early
Every room's card has a button to hire an attendant. An attendant carries the supplies from that room's trolley to its back door all day, and from level 25 a room can take a second one.
Attendants free you for the room that needs you most. They also keep the complex earning while you are away: a room with an attendant keeps earning for up to eight hours. Hire one for every room before you spend big on levels.
Fog the mosquitoes
After about seven minutes of play, the first mosquito alert starts. Seven swarms gather over little puddles of standing water in the yard, the fogging shed's lamp blinks red, and the stores at that wing stay shut until every swarm is gone.
Walk straight at each swarm and it disappears in a white puff of fog. The guide arrow leads you to the nearest one. Mosquitoes never take your supplies or your coins; they only hold up the next deliveries, and an alert ends on its own after a little over a minute.

Once you can afford him, hire Jamal at the fogging shed. From then on he takes the microbus to whichever wing has an alert and fogs the swarms himself, so they no longer pull you away from the lines.
Follow the health days
Now and then a health day pushes one room, or every room, for a few minutes. A check-up day fills the GP Room, a vaccination week fills the Vaccine Corner, an eye camp fills the Eye Clinic, and an open day lifts everything at once.
When a health day starts, stock that room first and keep it full while it lasts. The note at the top of the screen tells you which one is coming a minute before it starts.
Buy the wing's extras
On the verge left of the gate, each wing has its extras: waiting benches, a water filter and a flower garden, then solar panels and a welcome arch over the gate. Every extra adds to every visit at that wing, so they are worth buying once the rooms are running well.
Open the next wings
When the three rooms of the outpatient wing are open, a dashed zone appears at the end of the courtyard. It opens the emergency wing, with the Emergency Room, the X-ray Room and the Indoor Ward. Later the mother and child wing brings Mother & Baby, the Vaccine Corner and the Eye Clinic. Each wing has its own road, its own patients and its own mosquito alerts.
Drive the staff microbus between wings: stand at the spot next to it in the yard and tap a wing. When all three wings run well, save up for the Health Fair, where every visit in every wing counts double.
Little habits that add up
- Fill your hands before you walk. A full stack saves a trip.
- Watch the pallets: a tall stack means a delivery is close.
- Fog the swarms the moment an alert starts.
- Stock the health day's room first.
- Zoom out with a pinch, the mouse wheel or the minus key to see the whole wing.

FAQ
Is Health Complex free to play?
Yes. Health Complex is free to play in your web browser on phones, tablets and computers, with nothing to download or buy. Every room, level, attendant and wing is paid with coins you earn in the game. Signed-in players also earn GamesYap points for every new room they open and for five achievements along the way.
Do the mosquito alerts come at random?
No. Mosquito alerts follow a fixed clock as you play, at your wings in turn, and each one ends on its own after a little over a minute. They never take your supplies or your coins. They only keep the stores shut until the swarms are fogged, and Jamal can do that for you.
Why are my patients leaving without being seen?
A patient leaves when they wait too long at an empty room. A room can only help with what is on its racks, so bring the supplies from the trolley behind it, or hire an attendant so its racks never run dry. A bubble over someone's head shows which room they are waiting for.
What should I buy first?
Open the Pharmacy as soon as you can, then hire an attendant for each room and level the room with the longest line. Buy the waiting benches once they are cheap, and save for Jamal before your first trip to the emergency wing, so the mosquitoes there do not pull you away from the busy rooms.
