Fuse Tiles is a free 2048 number puzzle you can play online in your browser, with no download needed. Every swipe slides all the tiles on a 4×4 board. When two tiles of the same level meet, they fuse into the next level (1 and 1 make 2, 2 and 2 make 3) and glow brighter. The game ends when the board is full and no fusion is left.
Volt, a young cartoon engineer, cheers your combos and worries when the board fills up. Clear a 30-stage journey in five chapters, including the Storm Spire, with goals such as making a 6 tile or scoring 1,500. Or play Endless mode, the classic sliding game with your saved board and best score.
It plays on phones, tablets and computers, with swipe, mouse and keyboard controls. Fuse Tiles is an original game made by the GamesYap team. For another merge puzzle, try Jelly Jar.
Yes. Fuse Tiles is free to play in your web browser, with nothing to download or install. Every stage, the daily challenge and Endless mode are free. Coins only unlock tile themes, which change the look of the board.
Version 2.0.4Nov 2, 2026

The points icon now shows where your points go. 2.0.0: Big update: a fifth chapter, Storm Spire, with six new stages (25–30, calibrated with the same simulated player as the rest); electric arcs crackle around strong tiles; a daily gift, three daily quests, a free daily chest (prize chances shown) and free coins. 1.2.2: Clearer wording: ad rewards give coins only (never points), daily chests show their prize chances, and a few names were made original. 1.2.1: Sharper graphics on phones: the game no longer drops to a low-resolution canvas on slower devices. 1.2.0: Volt the young engineer joins you: a cartoon guide who explains every goal, cheers on combos and big tiles, gets worried when swipes run low or the board fills up and celebrates wins. New 24-stage journey in four chapters (Spark Lab, Ocean Core, Ember Forge, Gem Vault) with goals like Make a 6 tile, Score 1,500 or Make 4 tiles of 5 in a set number of swipes, three stars per stage, a goal card before each stage, a daily challenge with a coin streak, New best / First clear moments with confetti, and a next-theme teaser. Portrait and landscape layouts with a side panel on wide screens, a guided first game, idle direction hints, a NEXT GOAL bar, undo charges from new top tiles, coins and five tile themes, and the standard GamesYap fail screen with a free retry that clears your 4 smallest tiles. 1.0.1: New GamesYap arcade-night look: brand menus, chunky buttons, glossy panels, star results and loading screen with bundled Lilita One + Nunito fonts; English text and digits everywhere. 1.0.0: First release.

Yes. It runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. On a phone you swipe anywhere to slide the tiles. Volt stands below the board in portrait and beside it in landscape, so he never covers your tiles.
Slide all the tiles in one direction. Two matching tiles that touch merge into one higher tile, and a new small tile appears after every move. The aim is to build bigger and bigger tiles before the board fills up and no move is left.
The corner strategy means keeping your largest tile in one corner and building smaller tiles in a line next to it. You mostly swipe in two directions so the big tile never leaves the corner. It keeps the board tidy and makes long games possible.
Yes. Fuse Tiles saves your board, so you can close the page and continue your Endless game later from the menu. Progress saves on your device, and to your GamesYap account when you are signed in.
